グッズ商品の入荷遅延に関するお詫びとご案内

平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、イベント会場で販売予定であった公式グッズにつきまして、入荷の遅延が発生し、会場でご購入いただいた商品を即時にお渡しできない状況となっております。
お客様には大変ご不便をおかけいたしますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。
現在、会場では該当商品のサンプルを展示しており、ご来場の際に直接ご確認いただいたうえで、予約購入の形でご案内しております。
予約購入された商品は、後日の配送ではなく、再来場時にお受け取りいただく形でのご案内となります。商品を購入されたお客様には【再来場ご案内招待状】をお渡しする予定です。
商品準備が整い次第、改めてご案内いたしますので、ご案内された日程以降に再度ご来場くださいますようお願いいたします。
ご案内後はご希望の日程でのご来場が可能ですが、時間帯によっては混雑のため入場時間が調整される場合がございますこと、あらかじめご了承ください。
商品の受け取りは再来場時に会場で行われますので、必ず「購入時の領収書」と「再来場ご案内招待状」をご持参ください。
商品受け取り時には、領収書の裏面にスタンプを押印いたします。
再来場いただいたお客様には、入場特典としてフォトカードを1枚お渡しいたします。
本対応は、商品準備が整い会場で即時にお渡し可能になるまで実施されます。
商品入荷後、即時受け取りが可能となった場合は、通常販売および会場での即時受け取り方式に切り替えられます。
このたびはご不便と混乱をおかけしましたこと、重ねて深くお詫び申し上げます。

굿즈를 구매하신 고객님께는 【재방문 안내 초대장】을 드릴 예정입니다.
상품 준비가 완료되는 대로 별도 공지를 드릴 예정이오니, 안내된 일정 이후에 다시 방문해 주시기 바랍니다.
안내 이후에는 원하시는 날짜에 방문이 가능하나, 시간대에 따라 혼잡할 경우 입장 시간이 조정될 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
상품 수령은 재방문 시 현장에서 진행되며, 반드시 「구매 시 영수증」과 【재방문 안내 초대장】을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
상품 수령 시에는 영수증 뒷면에 스탬프가 날인될 예정입니다.
재방문해 주신 고객님께도 입장 특전인 포토카드 1장을 증정해 드립니다.
본 대응은 상품 준비가 완료되어 현장에서 즉시 전달이 가능한 시점까지 진행됩니다.
상품 입고 후 즉시 수령이 가능해지는 경우, 일반 판매 및 현장 즉시 수령 방식으로 전환될 예정입니다.

Thank you very much for your continued support.
Regarding the official merchandise that was scheduled to be sold at the upcoming event, there has been a delay in arrival, and we are unable to provide the purchased items immediately at the venue.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Currently, samples of the relevant products are on display at the venue. You may check them in person upon arrival and make a reservation to purchase them.
Reserved items will not be shipped at a later date; instead, they will be available for pickup upon your return to the venue. Customers who purchase merchandise will receive a “Return Visit Invitation”.
Once the products are ready, we will provide further instructions, so please visit the venue again after the date indicated in the notice. While you can visit on your preferred date after notification, please note that entry times may be adjusted due to crowding.
Product pickup will take place at the venue during your return visit. Please make sure to bring both your purchase receipt and the Return Visit Invitation.
A stamp will be applied to the back of your receipt when receiving your items.
Customers who return to pick up their items will also receive one photo card as an entry bonus.
This procedure will continue until the products are available for immediate pickup at the venue. Once the products arrive and immediate pickup becomes possible, the regular sales and on-site immediate pickup method will resume.
